Honolulu, this weekend

what I'll be doing...

...recovering from Founder's Day. Each year, my Alma Mater gets together at locations across the world to celebrate our school. We tell old stories, meet other grads in the area, and then listen to the oldest and youngest graduate in attendance give a speech. It was a great time (with lots of cocktails and toasting) that ran pretty late into the night, so I'm laying low for most of the day.

This evening though, I'm headed to the Honolulu Art Museum's "Art After Dark" event. The event, held every last Friday of the month, includes cocktails, DJs, and a chance to admire some of the best art on the island. // FRIDAY, HONOLULU MUSEUM OF ART

what you should do...

...celebrate Easter--or simply your love of guava mimosas--with a brunch reservation at The Royal Hawaiian. Every Sunday brunch at the Pink Palace is extravagant, but the holiday spreads are truly magnificent. // SUNDAY, THE ROYAL HAWAIIAN HOTEL

+ HONOLULU, THIS WEEKEND...
